AI and Digital Regulatory Program Manager

Our client is seeking a driven, collaborative, and highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex regulatory programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities with diplomacy, and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of complex, cross-functional regulatory programs to ensure business compliance.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of regulatory changes to identify required actions and mitigate potential risks across business units.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, training, and change management.
• Process Optimization: Assess current workflows for improvement opportunities, transforming broad concepts and business strategies into structured, actionable projects.
• Delivery & Metrics: Meet project milestones on time and within budget while tracking, automating, and reporting on program metrics for continuous improvement.
• Executive Communication: Present regular status updates to leadership, proactively escalating risks and offering strategic solutions.

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing global, complex, end-to-end programs (both technical and non-technical) across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proven influence: Ability to guide, align, and manage stakeholder expectations while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly convey complex information across all corporate levels.
