This is a senior leadership opportunity, ideal for a proven performer who can combine commercial strategy with exceptional people management and a relentless focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full sales operation across new and used vehicles
• Set and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Drive a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
• Maximise profitability across all sales channels
• Oversee stock levels, pricing, and showroom presentation
• Ensure a premium and consistent customer journey
• Report on performance and contribute to wider business strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the motor trade
• Track record of delivering strong sales results and leading teams to success
• Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation and operational planning skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development ability
• Focused on customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Full, clean driver’s license
