Finn Valley CE Project & C.A.K.E Killygordon are dedicated to protecting and improving the environment through sustainable practices, waste reduction, and community engagement. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Environmental Worker to join our team and help make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with environmental maintenance and conservation activities
Carry out litter collection, waste sorting, and recycling duties
Support planting, landscaping, and habitat restoration projects
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Report hazards, damage, or environmental concerns
Engage positively with the community and represent the organization’s values
Requirements:
Interest in environmental conservation and sustainability
Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in environmental or outdoor work (preferred but not essential as full training can be given)
Working Hours: Can be flexible Monday - Friday
