About the Role:
Due to continued growth, my client based in County Cavan is seeking a committed and proactive Customer Service Admin to join their team. The Customer Service Admin is responsible for supporting the work of the team by undertaking daily administration tasks and supporting the team’s operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer service, handle inbound calls, emails and enquiries and pass to relevant team.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records, database updates and compliance with company systems.
- Responsible for inbound enquiries, qualifying leads and converting customer interest into client Home Assessments.
- Responsible for requesting, collecting and uploading documents relating to projects and submitting to grant authority.
- Prepare all weekly/monthly management reports.
- Make appointments with customers for the Operations team.
- Liaise with customers as required by the Project Manager.
- Liaise with subcontractors as required by the Project Manager.
- Complete sales invoices, credit notes and managing debtors control account as required by the Finance manager.
- Responsible for admin of the grant, invoicing, payments and sign off of BER invoices.
- Attend meetings, prepare materials, and contribute positively to the outcome of the meetings.
- Communicate with all other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in full.
- Assist in the preparation of informative and well-organised presentations.
- Experience in Customer Service Administration or Construction Office Support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
