Aureol Global Connections is on the lookout for five experienced Programme Managers to join our esteemed team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple related projects while ensuring that they align with the organization's overarching goals and strategies.
Your expertise will be vital in integrating and managing resources, schedules, and stakeholder interactions to deliver seamless project outcomes. You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of program objectives, while effectively managing risks and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the coordination and integration of interrelated projects to achieve program success.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure cohesive progress.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing solutions to address potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the program and across project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on leading complex and multifaceted programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficient in program management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
