CQV Engineer
PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. We deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Due to our ongoing success securing large-scale projects we now have a requirement for a CQV Engineer to support us on a project in Leinster.

- - Lead or support the execution of PPQ protocols for drug substance manufacturing systems.
- Develop and manage CQV documentation including:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment on qualification strategy.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EU/FDA regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Participate in deviation investigations, cycle development, and performance qualification reporting.
- Support vendor FAT/SAT testing and leverage results for qualification.
- Maintain and update the Equipment Validation Master Plan.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in CQV within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of PPQ lifecycle, validation principles, and single-use technologies.
- Experience with electronic validation platforms (e.g., Kneat, ValGenesis).
- Familiarity with automation systems (e.g., DeltaV, PAS-X) is a plus.
