At Osborne, we are partnering with a leading provider of medical imaging and healthcare solutions, in the recruitment of a newly created Warehouse Supervisor position. This role will be based FULLY ONSITE in Dublin 24.
Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a team of four Warehouse Operatives while ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of medical products and equipment.

Monday to Friday schedule (9:00am - 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
Manage and support a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing direction, training, and performance oversight
Ensure full compliance with medical device regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), quality standards, and company procedures
Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability, including management of batch-controlled and serialised stock
Oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory investigations, implementing corrective actions where required
Ensure warehouse operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and customer service levels
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibility is ESSENTIAL
Valid Manual Handling and relevant MHE certificates are essential
Experience within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated sector is desirable
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
