Our client, Gutyiera Limited, based in Donabate, Co. Dublin, is currently seeking a Topographer at their facility in Turvey Lane, Donabate, Co. Dublin, K36 P589.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct topographic surveys using a range of modern surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners, drones).
Produce accurate site maps, contour models, and digital terrain models (DTMs) from collected data.
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide detailed spatial information for planning and design.
Process, analyze, and present geospatial data using CAD and GIS software.
Assist in setting out sites, verifying dimensions, and providing elevation data to support project teams.
Maintain accurate records of field data, methodologies, and observations.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality control procedures on all survey-related activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest surveying technologies and techniques.
Survey and map land surfaces to support major construction and engineering projects
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of site data from pre-construction through to completion.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree or diploma in Topography, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a topographic surveying role, preferably in civil engineering or construction environments.Proficiency in survey tools and software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, Leica, or similar systems.
Strong knowledge of topographic principles, GPS technology, and geospatial data management.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to site locations
