Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a leading global organisation is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a fabulous opportunity to contribute both locally and globally, supporting the business in Dublin city while also acting as the HR lead in Europe.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a coaching mindset, and a passion for talent development.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts.
  • Support managers in building development plans and fostering a feedback-driven culture.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.
  • Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
  • Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects
  • Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
  • Degree in HR or other related subject
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential
