Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a leading global organisation is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a fabulous opportunity to contribute both locally and globally, supporting the business in Dublin city while also acting as the HR lead in Europe.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a coaching mindset, and a passion for talent development.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts.
- Support managers in building development plans and fostering a feedback-driven culture.
- Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.
- Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
- Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects
- Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
- Degree in HR or other related subject
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fluency in French is an advantage.
- Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential
