What you'll do: Supervise the work of cleaning operatives to ensure contract standards are met

Manage equipment, uniforms, and cleaning materials within budget
Deliver training and conduct staff huddles in line with development programmes
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance including COSHH, PPE, and risk assessments

Liaise with client contacts and support maintenance reporting processes

What you'll bring: Experience in a wide range of cleaning tasks

Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ideally, supervisory experience in a similar environment

Desirable qualifications: LBICSc / CPSS, BICSc Assessor Certificate, or relevant apprenticeship
