Senior IT Project Manager

This organisation operates within a complex, regulated environment and delivers critical technology and information systems services that support core business operations. With a strong focus on security, compliance, and innovation, the organisation is undertaking significant technology transformation to enhance performance and resilience.

This senior role leads the planning and delivery of high-impact IT programmes, ensuring strategic alignment, robust governance, and successful execution across multiple initiatives.

• Define and manage a portfolio of IT projects aligned to business strategy
• Lead large-scale technology programmes, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks and provide executive-level reporting on performance, risk, and return on investment
• Manage budgets, vendors, resources, and delivery of complex, multi-stream projects
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive change adoption

• 8+ years' experience in IT project or programme management, including senior-level delivery
• Proven success delivering complex, large-scale technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and financial control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
