Tipperary Sustainable Food Company Unlimited Company T/A James Whelan Butchers are currently recruiting 3 chef de partie for their site at Oakville Shopping Centre, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

This full-time, permanent role involves preparing top-quality meals using premium ingredients and James Whelan Butchers’ bespoke recipes, maintaining cleanliness in fresh produce areas and following HACCP regulations.

Requirements; A minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment essential, with a strong knowledge of food hygiene and preparation, excellent teamwork and communication skills.
