Procurement & Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing | Tipperary
Are you a strategic, results-driven supply chain professional ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in County Tipperary. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations — from sourcing raw materials to ensuring on-time product delivery — all while driving efficiency, value, and performance across the business.
What you’ll do:
Lead and optimise the full supply chain — procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Build and manage strong supplier relationships, negotiating best-value contracts and ensuring quality and reliability.
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to align material flow with business needs.
Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and digitalisation initiatives to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or similar (CIPS/APICS certification a plus).
5+ years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of supplier management success.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
