The Indian Cuisine Chef is required to provide quality Indian cuisine including Curry and Tandoori to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene health and & safety at all times.

Minimum 2 years of experience of a CDP position
Knowledge of Indian food.
Prepare a menu for a fine dining Indian restaurant.
Prepare a menu for catering & takeaway
Capable of maintaining food stock up to the mark.
HACCP.
Ability to train staff
