Assistant Store Manager - Cork
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join an exclusive lingerie boutique. This role is ideal for someone with a refined sense of style, exceptional service standards, and a warm, confident presence.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate professionalism.
- Offer outstanding client care with discretion and attentiveness.
- Bring prior retail or hospitality experience (luxury experience preferred)
- Be flexible with availability, including weekends.
- A bra fitting experience is preferred but not essential.
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the boutique
- Lead by example on the shop floor, setting high standards of service and presentation
- Assist with staff supervision, training, onboarding, and performance support
- Act as Duty Manager in the Store Manager’s absence
Our store opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 10 am-6 pm. Flexibility will be needed for these days. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Experience:
- Assistant manager: 2 years (required)
