HR Generalist - Longford New

Cpl Recruitment is looking for a Permanent HR Generalist to join a well established manufacturing company in Longford. This is a fully on site role.

Main Duties:

• Look after the day to day administration of all HR policies and procedures.
• Support with staff performance, rewards, recognition, workplace diversity, and compliance issues.
• Build good working relationships with managers.
• Help prepare reports and analyse data for metrics and legal requirements.
• Organise and coordinate staff training programmes.
• Keep all employee records up to date, including address changes, job changes, pay rises, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff communications and attendance issues.
• Make sure staff notices and updates are sent out according to company policy.

You will need:

• Knowledge of Irish employment law, especially disciplinary procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years’ experience in HR.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in employee relations.
