We are currently seeking a committed and capable GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management and Compliance.
As a GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager you'll:
Lead daily operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to GMP standards
Conduct regular audits, manage cleaning schedules, and oversee compliance with COSHH and safety procedures
Support budgeting, stock control, payroll, recruitment, and training activities within your team
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets KPIs
What we're looking for:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to empower and motivate
Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative abilities, including knowledge of Kronos and MS Office
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
Familiarity with budget management, stock control, and safety compliance
