Warehouse Manager - Dublin

Salary: Negotiable DOE

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Warehouse Manager with experience in the Hardware or Building Materials industry to join our client’s growing team based in Baldoyle. Your new role includes:

• Overseeing the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished products in line with operational demands.
• Leading, motivating, and managing the warehouse team to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring all products are properly labelled, documented, palletised, and presented to meet delivery preparation standards.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as: Product movements, Damages and On-time dispatch performance

Experience you need:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role in the hardware or building materials industry
• Strong understanding of stock control, inventory systems, and warehouse best practices
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures, pallet handling, and transport coordination
• Good understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting
• Strong IT skills (e.g., WMS, Excel, ERP systems)
