Location: Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €34,000–€36,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Contract: Permanent (minimum 12 months)

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical E-commerce Executive to help manage and grow our online store. This is a hands-on role involving website updates, performance tracking, digital marketing support, and customer experience optimization.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update e-commerce content and product listings
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and online promotions
Support coordination of product visuals and descriptions
Track online performance using analytics tools
Assist in creating email campaigns and paid digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Optimize customer experience and support the user journey
Work closely with marketing and events teams on integrated campaigns
Requirements
Master’s, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Intelligence
Data Science
Information Technology
E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
Comfortable using analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
Desirable (Not Required)Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, or basic UX design
Interest in fashion, education, or creative industries
