We are now looking for a Personal Lines Executive to join the team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage motor and household insurance policies while helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
What You’ll Do- Act as the main point of contact for clients’ motor and home insurance queries.
- Provide quotes, process renewals, and make updates to existing policies.
- Assist clients with claims and ensure their experience is smooth and stress-free.
- Support clients throughout the insurance process, giving clear guidance and expert advice.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- More than 1 year experience in a Personal Lines insurance role - is a must
- APA Personal Insurance - is a must
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance, including motor, home, van, and travel.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a team environment.
