One of Ireland’s leading business print and design companies is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their professional team in Cork.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with the Business Development Manager to support client relationships and internal sales activities. The ideal candidate will be personable, confident on the phone, and have a solid understanding of technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Support the Business Development Manager in delivering high-quality service
• Maintain and update the customer management system
• Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives
