Senior Power BI / Data Developer (Contract) - Immediate Start

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI developer with strong data engineering awareness to join on a short-term contract. The candidate will transform manufacturing data into actionable insights, building dashboards, creating measures, and developing data models.This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work independently and deliver quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Extract data from the warehouse and transform it for reporting purposes.
- Create DAX measures, develop data models, and write/optimise SQL queries.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the data engineer onsite.
- Work independently and deliver high-quality results on a tight timeline.
- Senior-level experience in Power BI development, including data modelling and dashboard creation.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data engineering concepts.
- Experience with manufacturing or operational data is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver immediately.
