About the Role

A global leader in the technology sector is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Privacy Support Specialist to join its Legal and Compliance team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Office of Data Protection (ODP), ensuring efficient handling of privacy inquiries, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with internal and external data protection standards.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to global privacy operations while working collaboratively with legal, privacy, and product teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management & Triage
  • Monitor official inboxes for privacy and regulatory requests
  • Log and track new cases using tools such as Azure DevOps and SharePoint
  • Conduct initial triage and route cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Identify relevant stakeholders for each case and ensure timely notifications
  • Schedule and manage meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and follow-ups
  • Maintain up-to-date stakeholder records and clearly define roles and deadlines
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping
  • Create and manage structured case folders within internal systems
  • File all correspondence and case materials in accordance with policy
  • Ensure sensitive data is protected and access-controlled
  • Process Compliance
  • Follow defined workflows for case intake, triage, escalation, and closure
  • Track progress and proactively escalate delays or process issues
  • Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Monitor case dashboards (e.g., ServiceNOW, ADO) to track statuses and deadlines
  • Assist in the creation of regular progress reports and leadership updates
  • Draft standardized communications using approved templates
  • Support formatting and documentation of legal responses
Qualifications & Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in case tracking and document management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with internal systems such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNOW
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working within structured workflows and adapting to changes
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
  • Previous experience in privacy or compliance is beneficial but not required
