Role Overview
The Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager will play a central role in shaping the profile, visibility, and customer experience of Audi Centre Dublin. This is a dual-focus role, combining marketing leadership with customer relationship management, ensuring the dealership maximises every opportunity for customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies in alignment with Audi Ireland, managing CRM activity to optimise enquiry handling, and delivering campaigns that grow customer loyalty, retention, and conquest business.
By activating national campaigns at a local level and creating initiatives, this role will drive footfall across all departments – sales, service, fleet, and business – while ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Advertising
- Manage all dealership marketing activity, ensuring alignment with Audi Ireland’s brand guidelines and campaigns.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate local advertising campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
- Oversee customer communications, including email, social media, and local PR activity, ensuring a consistent and premium brand message.
- Activate Audi Ireland campaigns across digital channels and adapt them for maximum local impact to benefit the dealership.
- Deliver local events and partnerships to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI, adjusting strategies to maximise impact.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
- Take full ownership of CRM systems and processes to ensure enquiries are captured, tracked, and followed up effectively, with no opportunity wasted.
- Develop tailored communications that enhance customer retention, loyalty, and aftersales engagement.
- Work with the sales, service, and fleet teams to improve enquiry-to-sale conversion through structured follow-up, customer profiling, and targeted campaigns.
- Analyse customer data and enquiry trends to identify opportunities for personalised marketing and improved lead management.
- Provide regular reporting on CRM performance, enquiry levels, and conversion rates, ensuring accountability across departments.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and aftersales teams to ensure initiatives drive measurable results.
- Ensure consistent enquiry generation and management across all departments.
- Provide regular reporting on lead performance, campaign results and ROI.
- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within the automotive, retail, or premium brand sectors; automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
