Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Damastown Industrial Park

Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (rotational)

Salary: €38,599.75 per annum

Role Overview

An established logistics operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a strong, committed, and reliable team. This role is based within a busy logistics environment and is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, accuracy, and housekeeping, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.

• Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and processes
• Carry out tasks in accordance with training and documented procedures
• Follow all reasonable instructions from supervisors and management
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and correctly in line with training and certification
• Complete and document equipment checks prior to use and report defects immediately
• Prepare and inspect goods for loading and unloading to ensure suitability for storage or transport
• Complete all Goods In and Goods Out processes accurately, including quality and documentation checks
• Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times
• Complete all documentation clearly, accurately, and in full
• Carry out and record daily, weekly, and monthly operational checks
• Adhere strictly to inventory control and stock management procedures
• Store materials correctly within racking systems, ensuring safety, tidiness, and organization
• Support the induction and training of new warehouse team members
• Promote a positive working environment aligned with company values and culture
• Collaborate with other operational departments as required
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and audit readiness across all operational areas

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• MHE experience or licenses (Forklift Truck, Narrow Aisle, Pallet Truck) are an advantage
• Strong process-driven mindset
