Advertising Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Marketing Department – Head Office

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

A well-established and fast-growing retail organisation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Advertising Administrator to join its Marketing Department on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the marketing team while assisting with advertising campaigns and departmental coordination.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Support content creation, including script writing for TV and radio advertising.
• Liaise with graphic designers regarding digital and print advertising requirements.
• Maintain and organise the department’s digital archiving system.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general team administration.
• Support brand launches and awareness campaigns in collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
• Assist the wider marketing team with ongoing projects and ad hoc duties as required.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administrative or office-based role.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Must be available for an immediate start.
