The Mill Park Hotel is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their enthusiastic and energetic workforce. The ideal candidate will be hard working and have a genuine flair for food. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in a similar role.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years Experience
Qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary skill desirable but nor essential
Ensuring that all food production is in line with our high food standards
Mise en Place
Ensure the consistent delivery of quality and well presented food to our customers
Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards
Follow all health & Safety standards
Be dedicated passionate and have the will to produce excellent food in an enthusiastic environment.
