Excite Tradelinks Europe Ltd t/a Domomart are currently seeking a Buyer and Procurement Officer for their site at 16 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin to manage the end-to-end acquisition of goods and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, quality control, and vendor management.
Duties will include:
- Managing procurement and supplier relationships.
- Inspecting deliveries for quality, labelling, and expiry.
- Monitoring stock rotation (FIFO) and removing substandard items.
- Ensuring proper storage and food safety compliance.
- Conducting quality checks and maintaining records.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in procurement or food retail
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Knowledge of food safety and stock control (FIFO)
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
Remuneration is €36,605 per annum based on a 39 hour week.
