Bar Manager – Cork City Centre
Salary: €38,000 + company phone & bonus scheme
We’re looking for a Bar Manager to lead one of Cork’s best known city-centre bars.We’re a casual, lively venue serving great pub food, cocktails, and local beers.
What you’ll do:- Be the face of the bar – driving energy, fun, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team
- Grow party bookings and reconnect with both old and new customer bases
- Oversee food quality & chef hours, cash procedures, and daily operations
- Experienced hospitality manager who thrives in a busy, vibrant bar
- A natural people-person who loves creating great experiences
- Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic with a passion for food & drinks
- €38,000 salary + company phone & performance bonus
