Business Development Manager

My client is a leading provider of Refrigeration, HVAC and Air Conditioning solutions in Dublin. They deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers. Due to continued growth, they require a Sales Executive to join their team.

In this Sales Executive / Business Development role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and work within the existing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, air conditioning, service and maintenance sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as competitor activities.
• Use CRM system to manage daily activities and report regularly to Sales Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proven experience in sales within the HVAC, Refrigeration or Air Conditioning sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Systems, including design, installation and maintenance etc
• Ability to generate new business, as well as manage and grow existing client relationships.
• A willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as required.
