• Work closely with experienced Account Executives who will mentor you as you build strong prospecting strategies
• Use your own unique voice and creativity across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to engage with prospects
• Identify and connect with forward-thinking companies that could benefit from our solutions
• Play a key role in generating new business opportunities and securing high-quality meetings

• Fluency in German and English
• At least 9 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (BDR/SDR, internship, or similar)
• A collaborative, motivated mindset and a passion for achieving your goals
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to keep learning and developing your skills
