Cleaner – Mid-Tenancy & End-of-Tenancy Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing property services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality mid-tenancy and end-of-tenancy cleaning services across residential properties, ensuring homes are presented to the highest standard for landlords, tenants, and property management companies.
This is a mobile role requiring travel between properties. A company van, company phone, and fuel card will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough mid-tenancy and end-of-tenancy cleans in residential properties.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas.
- Clean internal windows, skirting boards, doors, frames, and fixtures.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise all areas to company standards.
- Remove cobwebs, stains, marks, and general build-up from surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns identified during cleans.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and maintained correctly.
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, property managers, and team members.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements Essential:
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Previous cleaning experience is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of work.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Working Hours:
