We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join on a permanent basis across Residential Services- The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings
- Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
- Act as Key Worker
- Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skills
- Maintain accurate records
- Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment
- Applicant Requirements
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Registration with CORU
- Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
- A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism
- Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care
