Handling telephone calls, dealing with enquiries and relaying accurate messages as required and responding appropriately to any questions and queries. Communicating efficiently and effectively with the team, as well as customers.
Successful candidate must have proven track record of working in an office and administrative role. Strong communication and organisational skills and ability to successfully manage and prioritise own workload, with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Proactive approach and proven experience of contributing positively as part of a team and ability to work independently when required. A good level of computer literacy, including proven experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
