Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the fast food restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors and front-line staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and health & safety
• Manage rotas, stock control, cash handling, and financial reporting
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally
• Report regularly to senior management on performance, KPIs, and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management role within a fast food or quick-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
