⏳ Shift: 4x12hr (Days) & 3x12hr (Nights) Rotation

We’re looking for an Injection Moulding Team Leader for our client to take charge of shift operations, ensuring top-quality production while driving efficiency and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & support a skilled team of 3-4 operators
- Oversee IM production, ensuring smooth operations & minimal waste
- Handle machine startups & mould changes efficiently
- Troubleshoot & collaborate with maintenance/engineering teams
- Drive process improvements & optimize workflows
