Senior Financial Accountant - Automation Driven

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support the automation and oversight of finance processes, while contributing to intercompany accounting, cash flow reporting and accurate month-end close activities.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for improving and automating finance processes across the business. You will monitor and review automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong financial controls.

In addition, you will manage intercompany accounting (including transfer pricing) and reconciliation, fixed asset accounting and support automation of cash flow reporting. You will also post journal entries at month-end, ensuring all prepayments, accruals and deferred revenue are correctly recorded.

• Streamline and automate finance processes across the business
• Collaborate with teams to ensure systems support efficient transaction cycles and reporting
• Monitor automated workflows and address any residual manual transactions
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation in financial reporting and cash flow management
• Recommend process improvements across intercompany, fixed assets, and general accounting
• Post month-end journal entries, including prepayments, accruals, and deferred revenue
• Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate reconciliation
• Analyse budget-to-actual variances
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards
• Support ad-hoc projects and other reasonable duties as required

• Qualified accountant 3+ years experience
• Excellent IT and systems capability
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
