Site Engineer

Our client in Dublin is looking to hire a Site Engineer to join their well established team to work on a large civil engineering project in North Dublin.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of a complex infrastructure project. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll ensure that technical aspects of the job are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set out, level, and survey the site.
- Monitor and interpret project design documents.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce.
- Manage the technical and engineering aspects of the project.
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of setting out, GPS equipment, and site surveying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and practices.
