Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners/vendors.
• Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies (Azure, SharePoint, IoT, AI).
• Follow established software development and release management processes.
• Draft detailed specifications and coordinate with offshore development teams.
• Implement technical updates and offer advanced application support.
• Engage with end-users to enhance system performance and security.
• Document workflows and monitor system health.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms.
• 3+ Years leading a team
• Proven expertise across various industry sectors.
• Strong skills in software development and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, including data and system integration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated platforms.
