Legal Secretary

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Immediate start until end of August 2025, with potential for extension)

A successful legal firm in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to their legal team. This is a temporary full-time position, requiring an immediate start, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Handle digital dictation and transcription tasks efficiently.
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for solicitors.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and court officials professionally.
• Maintain and organize confidential files and legal documents.
• Assist with billing processes and expense tracking.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Immediate availability for a full-time, onsite role in Dublin City Centre.
