Camile Thai Greystones, a franchise of Camile Thai by Glenn Anthony Ltd, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join our famous Greystones restaurant, at 1 Mountview, Church Road, Greystones, Co Wicklow.

Candidates must have 2 years of Chef De Partie level experience. And experience in a professional kitchen.

This is a full-time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Salary Euro 34,000 per annum.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

To operate and when necessary, manage, a busy and efficient kitchen by showing leadership and responsibility.

To be responsible for all food preparation within the kitchen.

To ensure that the established recipes, policies and standard operating procedures are followed while preparing the meals.

To contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere and encourage colleagues.

Health & Safety – to ensure all HACCP regulations are maintained at all times, along with ensure health & safety work practices are adhered.

Supporting Head chef in maintaining all standards are adhered in their absence.

Policies and Procedures: Implement effectively and efficiently any polices determined by the management team in a timely manner.

Product Development – to liaise with head chef, executive chef and management team in developing new menu ideas, training your team on new dishes, provide feedback and suggestion on the continuous product development.

Cost controls: ensure food margins are maintained by using correct portion control to Glenn Anthony Limited T/A Camile Thai Greystones ‘s recipes.

To manage stock.

All general Chef De Partie duties.
