Overview

You’ll manage marketing strategy, partner relationships, events, and content creation, while also leading key projects such as website redesigns and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan in line with business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong ROI on activities.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics.

• Create customer-facing materials such as datasheets, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tools and content that shorten the sales cycle.
• Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and partner requirements.

• Build strong relationships with key industry partners.
• Coordinate joint campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver quality outputs on time.

• Plan and execute trade show and industry event participation.
• Manage logistics, stand design, promotional material, and lead follow-up.
• Draft and distribute press releases in collaboration with PR contacts.

• Oversee website updates, digital campaigns, and social media activity.
• Maintain consistent, engaging messaging across all platforms.
• Manage content schedules for blogs, emails, and partner communications.

• Lead major marketing projects including rebranding and system upgrades.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across all marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Work closely with sales to ensure aligned strategies.
• Provide strategic marketing insights to senior leadership.

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale marketing projects.
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.
