Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly youth support worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain valuable skills in youth work, event planning, and community engagement.No previous experience is necessary—full training will be provided through your Individual Learner Plan (ILP).
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and support young people in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Develop and enhance your communication, mentoring, and youth engagement skills.
- Support young people in developing life skills.
- Take part in café operations, including barista and till training.
- Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.
Training & Development
As part of this role, you will receive training in:- Youth engagement and communication skills.
- First Aid, Child Protection & Safeguarding.
- Health & Safety, HACCP, and Fire Safety.
- Event planning and activity facilitation.
- Café/barista skills and POS system use.
