Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

This is a position requires experience but accredited training will be provided to support your career development.The Umbrella Project wishes to recruit an Arts Support Worker based in Limerick Theatre. The successful applicant will have experience in youth arts working as a drama facilitator and director. Experience in script writing for film and theatre desirable.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office. S/he should be comfortable working as part of a small team and be adaptable and flexible.

The purpose of this role is to support the facilitation of LYT members to pursue activities in all drama and performing arts.This activities include; acting, writing, filmmaking and any other aspects performance. Duties will include, facilitating workshops, directing and writing scripts and working with production teams to stage work and any other relevant duties as required.
This position requires excellent written and communication skills. Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
