A healthcare organisation is looking to recruit an Executive Administrator / PA to support their CEO, Board and Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional administrator to join a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, where attention to detail, discretion and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & PA Support
  • Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant support to the CEO, Board and Management Team including diary management, scheduling, screening calls and arranging meetings/conference calls.
  • Organise and attend meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking and timely report writing.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning, mail merges and general office duties.
  • Manage and maintain office systems, ensuring records and filing are kept to the highest standard.
  • Support the administration of petty cash and maintain accurate incident records in the database.
  • Coordinate with senior management, external clients, suppliers and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Service Delivery & Improvement
  • Support the implementation of agreed changes to administration processes.
  • Encourage and assist colleagues through change initiatives.
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Work in line with organisational policies, governance structures and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to procedures across all areas of responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in administration and providing PA/executive support at senior level.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with confidence liaising at all levels.
  • Highly competent with MS Office and modern administrative technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Discreet, professional and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance standards is an advantage.
