My not-for-profit Client based in Dublin South are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant with Non-Profit experience to support the CEO. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to a busy CEO, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations.The EA will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, managing priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the individual they support.
Duties:
- Working on their own initiative provide a full executive support service to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s diary proactively to help make full and effective use of their time
- Support on creating board packs.
- Provide first point of contact for a variety of internal & external stakeholders
- Manage all administrative and correspondence duties associated with the Office of the CEO.
- Plan, prepare and co-ordinate papers for meetings together with all supporting materials and reference documents ensuring timely distribution e.g. preparing papers/information for circulation
- Arrange logistics for meetings on behalf of the CEO and Directors.
- Plan, manage and coordinate key events including Strategic launch’s and roadshows, events, quarterly Wider Management Group Meetings, all Staff events and other associated activities.
- Vendor and Contractor Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ Executive Assistant experience to Senior Management in a fast paced environment.
- Not-for-profit sector experience.
- High level of organisational/administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
- Proactive and solution focused
