Senior Frontend Engineer - TypeScript/React New

Our client is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead frontend architecture, drive delivery of complex features, and mentor engineers within a high-growth product team. This role focuses on building high-performance, enterprise-grade interfaces used by large global customers.

• Lead the design and development of major frontend components and systems.
• Make key decisions on architecture, performance, and state management.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product and Design; provide mentorship and code reviews.
• Improve tooling, workflows, and overall engineering quality.
• Support operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.

• 8+ years building production-ready web apps using modern frameworks.
• Expert in TypeScript, React, and frontend performance optimisation.
• Strong experience with design systems, Storybook, testing (Jest/Cypress), and modern build tools.
• Solid UX sensibility with understanding of accessibility standards.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and working in distributed teams.

• Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered product features.
• Built interfaces for enterprise-scale environments.
• Startup or high-growth experience.
• Exposure to backend tech (Node.js, Python) and advanced state management.
• Open-source contributions or community involvement.
