An established and growing financial advisory firm in North West Dublin is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its expanding team. The Role
You will manage a mix of existing clients and new business, providing high-quality advice across life, pensions, and investments, while ensuring best advice and regulatory standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing life, pension, and investment business from an existing client base and new client referrals
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximise client value
- Delivering tailored financial advice aligned to clients' goals and risk profiles
- Managing the full end-to-end new business process
- Conducting regular client reviews and portfolio performance updates
- Presenting to group pension scheme members where required
- Ensuring all client files meet compliance and AML standards
- Supporting junior advisors and contributing to team development
Requirements:
- QFA qualified (essential)
- 5+ years' experience in a Financial Advisor or Wealth Management role
- Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection products
- Group pensions experience (essential)
- Mortgage experience beneficial but not required
- Confident managing targets while maintaining high advice standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
