Management Accountant- D15/hybrid New

CPL are working with a leading Pharma client in Dublin 15 and have an immediate vacancy for a Management Accountant to join their team.

Daily tasks will include:

• Cost accounting and analysis for the site, including standard costing, month-end SAP Plant close processes, reporting of variances.
• Calculation and maintenance of annual standard cost prices for materials in SAP.
• Accounting for projects including new product development.
• Support preparation of site Budgets, Forecasts, Site KPIs and Management Reporting.
• Business Partnering to provide timely and accurate information to support decision making.
• Monthly site accounting close including preparation and posting of journals to SAP.
• Month end SAP Plant Close process and review of manufacturing process orders.
• Calculation, analysis and reporting of Inventory provisions and write-offs.
• Support preparation of monthly management reporting schedules and analysis of business performance and operational spend variances.
• Partner with on-site functions to prepare analysis of operational spend variances and commitments.

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified accountant, with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience.
• Product Costing experience is an essential requirement
• SAP FI experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably for a global company.
