Group Financial Accountant

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 depending on experience

This newly created position is due to our recent investment activity and imminent expansion across the group, offering the successful candidate unparalleled access to senior management and stakeholders. Reporting primarily to the Group FC and

Senior Financial Accountant, the Group Accountant will play a pivotal role in the management of the Finance and Accounting functions across our portfolio of commercial properties, hotels, energy generation and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the month-end financial close process for group entities and consolidation
• Prepare monthly accounts, performance pack of subsidiaries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assistance with year-end financial audit and liaison with external auditors
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and financial reporting as required
• Assisting with FP&A for the Group, including profitability analysis and KPI reporting, in particular focus to construction projects and property management budgets
• Assist with preparation of FRS102 financial statements for the group
• Assisting with reporting system implementation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Finalist Accountant / Qualified Accountant
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to executives
• Comfortable in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment
• Self-motivated, diligent, and able to take the initiative, both independently and in conjunction with other key process leaders
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and committed to task completion
• Working FRS102 knowledge
